EPIC! AMAZING! FABULOUS!! EMOTIONAL!! OMG YUMMY!!!!

I am at a loss for how to describe this book and how amazing it was! I'm a huge fab of the Greek Gods but, this book takes it to whole new level! 

Ares the god of war is something else! He is so..... So...... Rough, Sexy, Territorial, Viscous, and, can be the biggest Jerk! I love him don't get me wrong but man can he be a jerk and I LOVED EVERY MOMENT OF READING ABOUT HIM!!!

Maggie (Because Ares decides that name is to boring he calls her Alena) has had a rough life that has her on the run from a crazy, psychotic, evil god! He has done horrible things to her. Some it had my stomach twisting in disgust! 

One day Maggie (Athena) washes up on the shore of Ares cave. Woot! Do things change for the God of War after that! You know I won't tell you but, this author is EPIC in her description, her writing, the world she has made. It's just fantabulous! 

Her writing sucks you in where you find your heart pounding with the action, nauseous with the betrayals, and your heart soaring with the love! It's THAT AMAZING!! If you like books about those amazing but crazy gods then this is the book for you!

OMG this one was hard for me to read. Not because it was bad but because watching Alena go through everything she goes through is so heartbreaking! I love the books about he gods Zues makes me want to string him up somewhere by his toes and leave him there for the rest of his life! Ares loves Alena so much and all of his "family" is doing nothing but causing them heart ache. If his mother loved him she would let him out of the oath he took. Raven is a little terror! Apollos has poisoned his mind so much it's heart breaking really heartbreaking! All Ares wants to to is be with his wife and everyone is against that! 

The writing is amazing and I can't wait to see what comes next I am praying happiness is there somewhere! This fabulous author easily sucks you into her world!

Lisa Beth Darling DOES IT AGAIN!!! When reading this series I wonder how I can want to scream one page and cry the next and I know it's all because of this author fabulous writing skills!

After Alena fell she went into a deep sleep or so Ares thought but really another Olympian has her. My poor Ares was heart broken through this whole book. Raven on the other hand went from being a spoiled rotten brat, to a punk, to maybe a salvageable man. I'm rooting for him I really am! 

I can't wait for what comes next I know it's gonna be amazing!

This series is for anyone and everyone who loves some crazy, backstabbing, action packed, loving, fighting, and kick ass Olympians! Ares is and always will be my favorite! Alena too! You get sucked into this world from chapter one. The writing flows never any boring spots and it just keeps getting better and better!
