“Alex, enough! It’s in the past. We have to let it go.” Laura tried to sit up and her face tightened as she gripped his arm tight to lift herself.

“You’re going to rip those stitches! Lie back down,” Daniel ordered but she ignored him as she scooted off his lap and into the seat Grant had been sitting in.

“I want to talk to Alex for a little while. You two go do your business and let us girls talk. I’ll rest later, I promise.” She patted his leg and smiled at him. “But I think both of us could use a nice stiff drink.”

Laura laughed as Alex slapped Rafe’s hands when he tried to keep her from getting up. “Let go you, big oaf! I want to talk to my girl.” She continued slapping at Rafe’s hand, but kept laughing as he nipped at her neck.

“Thank you. I need to apologize to your brother. I overreacted earlier. It just feels as if I don’t belong anywhere. At least with my apartment, it was my own. I don’t know where I stand with you two and it’s a little scary.” She looked down at her feet and laughed. “Umm, do you by any chance have boots?”

Looking down, he laughed. “Not to worry. I’ll carry you to the car. Tomorrow we’ll go into town and get anything else we need.” He kissed the top of her head. “And sweetie, we're not going anywhere. Who knows, maybe we’ll stay out here for a while. We can work anywhere.” He scooped her up as Seth grabbed Max’s carrier.

“Take off the dress, Laura, and come to me,” Grant ordered.

“No! We will talk before we go any further.” Laura stood her ground as Daniel came into the room and stripped off his shirt. Daniel looked from her to Grant.

“Trouble already?” Daniel asked. Grant frowned.

“There is no trouble,” Laura said. “I want to speak to both of you. I know I was wrong to ask to go with you tomorrow.” She sighed and sat on the bed. “I shouldn’t have confronted you in front of your men, and I’m sorry, but you were wrong too.” She looked up as both men came to stand beside her.

I can honestly say this book was not what I expected.  If you could have a sugar daddy would you want one?  Would you want a man who will take care of your every need and your family’s needs too?  Well if you said yes, then how about three men? Well that is what this story is about. Laura is a woman who had a great job and a great life until she met Warren.  Warren was a married man who got her pregnant and between him and his snotty wife they destroyed her dreams and life. Then she saw an ad talking about sugar daddies. She applied and Daniel showed up at her home and he knew just from her picture she was the one.  What she didn’t know was that Daniel already knew his brother Grant would find Laura special too. Laura agreed to their terms but someone was out to hurt whoever Daniel and Grant cared for. With the person trying to kill Laura will she continue the relationship they are building? Or will she decide it was not worth it?  Will she also accept Roman their younger brother? Will they all survive to find out if they can have a happily ever after? Or will the secret that Daniel, Grant, and Roman have destroy everything?

This story is a fast paced story that keeps you wondering what is going to happen next. There are several twists and turns in this story.  It keeps you on your toes.
