That was a good thing. Maybe Brenda was right. She should go for it. If he shot

She reached below the bar and grabbed a longneck, popping
the top on the edge of the counter. She tossed a round orange paper coaster on
the bar before she set the beer on it. The chilled bottle that left her palm
wet did nothing to cool off her libido.
As she always did, she pushed her lustful feelings aside and
gave Jeremiah a full smile. She glanced from Trent to his brother, and her
smile widened a bit. “You know he’s going to kick your ass, right?”
Jeremiah shrugged, picked up his beer and took a long swig.
“You’ll take care of me when I’m bloody and beaten, won’t you?” He fingered the
two black triangles on the coaster and looked up at her. “Since when do you
celebrate Halloween? You went a bit overboard with the decorating.”
“You couldn’t handle me, little girl.” His voice had rumbled
low with rage even though his cock had been hard against her tummy. “Go home
and play with your dolls.” The final insult, the fear, had driven her away in
tears. If he’d wanted her, why be an ass about it?
He drew his gaze down the length of her body. It was hard to
hold back the vomit. Trent hugged her closer, his fingers digging into her hip.
When he growled, his chest vibrated against her back. “She’s mine. Touch her
and you die.”

This is a story about Samantha who is a witch, well almost a
witch. She works at a bar and the one man(shifter) she has wanted for so long
is Trent. Trent is also the sheriff and has turned her down once but he wants
her just as much as she wants him but he fights it. Until trouble comes
knocking. Will the trouble destroy any chance for Sam and Trent? Or will he
finally get it through that thick skull of his that she is his and he should
claim what is his?
There are so many twists and turns that you have to keep
reading to find out what will happen next. There is a good bar fight, hot sexy
shifters that are as sweet as candy, sex and did I say hot sexy shifters. This
story is short but man you will be hotter than you were before you started
reading it. You will be sitting back and start reading and by the time you are
done you will be fanning your face and sitting on the edge of your chair. She even has you cheering in the end….She has
done an awesome job…
