This book was given to me in exchange for an honest review.
This is an anthology, there are nine great authors and
everyone has their own twist on love. Each story has characters that are well
developed and once you start reading the book you don’t want to put it down.
My favorite is Rolf’s Quest by Aubrey Wynne, in this story
that has some unexpected twists. Lady Melissa is on her way to meet King Henry
and Queen Eleanor and on the way Melissa sees a dark, handsome man that intrigues
her. The man she sees is Baron Rolf Arbrec, He is the advisor and servant to
King Henry II. He is also a wizard, who
realizes that Lady Melissa is he future but there is a catch. Merlin and Rolf
have been cursed for a long time and if Melissa does not fall in love with him
on her own or Merlin and his ancestors will be cursed forever. There is a major
problem Melissa’s father has already agreed to give her hand to another man but
that is not what Melissa wants. Now she and Rolf must find a way to convince
her father and the King to let her be courted by Rolf. There are many twists in
this story and you cannot wait to find out what happens on the next page. As in all the other stories you do not want
to put the books down.
