I’m a lighthearted, quixotic and cheerful writer with an encyclopedic knowledge of TV theme songs and sincere love for the TV show Full House. It’s corny, but screw-it: I love that show.
Top 3 Pet Peeves
Ha! If only I could narrow it down to three. Alright:
- People who insist their opinion is the last word on any topic
- Drivers who come to a complete stop before turning right at a green light
- Cockroaches. Especially Palmetto Bugs, which if you’ve never seen one, is about two inches shorter than my last girlfriend. Way too big for a bug!
Who do you consider the most swoon-worthy man/woman in the literary world? How about on tv/in the movies?
In literary terms, I think the smoothest man ever would have to be James Bond. Dude oozed charisma and charm. A close second to him would be Atticus Finch in To Kill A Mockingbird.
In terms of women, I will always say there was one woman who won my heart forever in the literary world, and that woman is Luna Lovegood. She is awesome, does not care what you think, and you’d be hard pressed to find a more interesting person to hang out with.
In film, long before any modern day megastar tried their hand, I believe Cary Grant defined what it meant to be swoon-worthy. In modern times, you’d have to look to Mark Harmon and Jon Hamm combined to fill that role.
Women in film being swoon-worthy, just for me personally, has to begin and end with Lauren Bacall. My word, I would gladly listen to that woman read the phone book. For TV it would be Gillian Anderson, hands-down.

He also accidentally adopted his neighbor’s cat, Eartha Kitty, has a lizard named Bob hiding in his house, and has a passive-aggressive Dalek roommate named Steve.
