This book was given to me for an honest review.  This was a shot novella but it was a really good one and one that flows.

Etienne was a bear shifter who felt because of his blood line he was not worthy of the one women he loved and will always love.  Even shifters can be dumb!! He has loved Cara forever and when she left he married another woman but never mated her.  Now his job was to find Cara before her mother died and bring her back home.

Cara left home because she didn't want her family to die because of her.  But she also left with another secret. When Etienne finally finds her she tries to get rid of him so he ever finds out the truth. She has always loved him and always will. Now there is a new threat.  Can Etienne find the strength within himself to keep her safe? Or will he give up and leave her to defend herself and her family?  Will the secret she is hiding destroy what she is building with Etienne? Or will it help to strengthen them?

I love this story, even though it is short you cannot help but fall in love with the characters. It has laughter, sadness, fear, intrigue and love.  Oh, wait it even has HOT SEXY BEAR SHIFTERS!!!!! Oh My!!
